Thanks so much for reaching out and sticking with GEA over these years. We greatly appreciate your loyalty and will be happy to help find the feature you are looking for. This microwave does not have the option to turn off the turntable. For this, we recommend model PEM31DFWW. This features a turntable button on the control panel and can be brought down to a more manageable level on the counter. Both of the possible replacements can set a power level for two consecutive coking timers at the start of a cycle. We hope this helps. - John@GEAppliances
