Hi - We are so sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with your new Profile microwave and apologize for your disappointment. The sensor cooking functions are intended to take the guess work out of microwave by determining the correct cook time for you. While you may find the occasional need to adjust the time even when using the sensor cook functions, you should not have to do this every time you use sensor Reheat. When using Reheat, the oven will display the remaining cook time toward the end of the cooking cycle. You can at that time turn the remaining time down or off using the dial. We encourage you to review the instructions regarding sensor cooking starting on page 13 of manual.
