Hi there, CMS - Great question! No there isn't a way to control the water temperature. French door refrigerators have a water reservoir coil in the fresh food section that holds 12-24 oz. of water. The water us chilled and stored until it's needed. Since the reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will not be ice-cold. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla
