Hello, My GE Profile has gone from freezing all contents on top shelf to freezing everything in the refrigerator. The soonest available appt is not until 1/28. I reported the problem 01/17-01/18. What can I do to reset or perhaps get it back to normal? null

You've likely answered your own question by now. But my guess is a blocked or defective or disconnected thermistor in the food section.

I would try unplugging it for a few hours... maybe it will reset. 
I have this refrigerator and haven’t had any problems.
