Q: QuestionOrdered this refrigerator and the movers said they could not remove the fridge doors to fit it inside our house. Is this true? Did they just not know what they were doing? I’ve read of that being a pretty common occurrence.

Q: QuestionWe just had our new GE Profile Refrigerator delivered model PVD28BYNFS and when we pull the center Drawer out it makes a loud clicking sound, is that normal?

• A:Answer Does not sound right. I just tried the same drawer on my refrigerator and it slides open smoothly without the clicking noise you described. Maybe check that all the shipping plastic has been removed. Otherwise, I recommend a warranty service call.

Q: QuestionTwo refrigerators I ordered exploded cans in the convertible drawer when set at 33. I read 2 reviews on the Cafe Platinum Glass version that the convertible drawer also has freezing issues. Is this a design issue or just a bad lot?

• A:Answer Hi there, We're quite sorry to hear that you has some cans explode in your convertible drawer and understand how aggravating that must be. Food load is an important factor. The fresh food drawers and compartment should ideally be at least 1/2 full or more. Freezing is more likely to occur when the refrigerator does not have enough food to absorb the cold air. If the drawer has an adjustable temperature feature and items are freezing, adjust the drawer to a warmer temperature setting. If these tips do not help to resolve the issue, service may be required. Q: QuestionWe hooked up the water line and the water dispenser is not dispensing water. We checked the doors for kinks from door removal to get in the house. We held a cup and pushed for water for 5mins, It's been 18hrs and there are 3-4 ice cubes in the ice maker.

• A:Answer How did you hook up to your water supply? R.O. water, self-piercing water tap under sink? If R.O. you may be using the water filter in the fridge and lowering the water pressure so much it is barely flowing. Install a water plug instead of the filter, available where you bought the fridge or from GE directly and your pressure will increase to full R.O. line pressure fixing flow problems to the dispenser and ice maker. If you used a self-piercing water pipe tap you must remember to back off the screw that pierced the pipe hole to allow water to flow into the water line to the fridge.

Q: QuestionI just had this refrigerator installed yesterday. I was under the impression it should have WiFi. It has the sticker with the SSID, MAC address and password, but no WiFi symbol appears in the display. Does this need to be enabled before it can be set up?

• A:Answer Use the included or online manual. It walks you through the Wi-Fi set-up procedure. The WiFi is, however, extremely limited on this GE. It is not like a Samsung or LG that can connect with the company to diagnose problems. However, GE is so much better in repair records that calling by old fashioned phone call to GE to set up a service call is about 50 times less likely than those other brands.

Q: QuestionCan you remove the glass that sits right above the fruit and vegetable bins? There seems to be something that got on the middle divided between the glass, don’t know how anything could get there.
