Yo need to install inside a cabinet. The sides are not finished and are not covered in insulation. The sides are some sort of metal resembling aluminum in color. I just installed this oven 1/2021. The front is a gray glass with stainless steel handles and trim. When the doors are open anything showing is a gloss black. Notice the bottom rack is out as far as it goes and is easily removed for cleaning or adjusting to another position.
