Cookware used on the induction cooktop must be compatible with induction burners. If the bottom of a pan is magnetic, that pan can be used with induction. We recommend cookware made of magnetic stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel, enameled magnetic steel or enameled cast iron. There are no abnormal restrictions on cookware used in the oven. We recommend viewing page 15 for cooktop cookware and page 17 for oven cookware in the owner's manual.
