“I have “605” series washer. Can’t get a warm wash except for the Quick Wash cycle. Tech said the sensor turns off hot water valve prematurely as my water heater setting is too high. Tech said to lower water heater temp, but still can not get a warm wash.”

Hi - Based on the installation instructions, we recommend the hot water coming into the washer be between 120°F - 150°F. With the incoming water in this temperature range, the washer should bring in a mix of hot and/or cold water to reach the target temperature of approximately 90°F for the warm wash setting. If you followed the prior technician's recommendation and turned down your water heater and the issue persists, it should be re-checked.
