“Q+A says that oven element is at bottom. However, when I roast vegetables on sheet pan using this oven, the side touching the pan does not crisp up (unlike every other oven I've had). Tried modes: bake, convection bake, and convection roast. Any advice?”

Oh my. We certainly don't want you to continue having uneven crisping in your oven. We do recommend that you try the troubleshooting tips on page 30 of the use and care manual located on the product page. If these tips do not help, please schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737.
