“I cannot figure out how to use the power pre wash or auto soak on this model. The manual says to push the soak button for auto soak but no button. Please explain how to activate these two features. Is water station only through app? Delay time only app?”

Hello and thank you for choosing this great washing machine. The Water Station is only available through the app. For help with this, please contact our Connected Support team at 1-800-220-6899, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. ET, Saturday - Sunday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET. Delay Wash is the button to delay the start of the cycle by repeatedly pressing it for the desired amount of time. Auto-Soak and prewash are not part of this unit.
