The readout is white. Please keep in mind that in this particular model there in nothing on the screen at all, it is blank unless the door is opened or the oven is in use. Basically, the oven looks like it is not on until you open the door or start dialing the menu then the screen goes off again. There is no way to fix it, GE considers this a "feature".

Yellow labels/stickers on boxes indicate if model is "White LED". If GE has a "feature" which keeps everything off until it is in use, it should also have been mentioned with the product. Communication is everything Beset Buy and GE!
