The pump probably went out which is what happened to mine. According to customer service it a common problem that happens. I returned mine because I felt it was a big investment for the machine to have common known problems and not have a recall to fix them. Customer service will email you instructions on how to reset the pump and it might work or might not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check whether there is air in the hose. I moved mine from one counter to another and experienced a similar issue. Once the air was out it worked fine.
