I just set up today and it made a full bin from the water put in the reservoir. The side bin is filled but now there is a message to add water. Why is the bin water not filling the machine? Correct hose is connected. How do you remove air bubble? null

I did the same thing...unfortunately, you have to follow the directions. If you don’t bleed the lines of air, it does that. Once I ran water thru the lines, it has worked like a dream.

Lift the tank up higher than the Opal unit until you see bubbles then return in to the base. Hydrostatic will force any bubbles in the hose out on the other end. I do this every time i fill my tank and had the issue only once prior to following this procedure. Make sure the filter or mesh screen on the supply to the machine has no buildups are is plugged as well

You have to add water to the reservoir underneath the ice bin you’ll see that it has a fill line as well. Pull out the ice bin. The side bin is just an extra reservoir the water should be filled underneath the bin first
