Sometimes this happens if you don’t get the drawer completely pushed in.

We know this would be a let down and we're happy to help. This doesn't come with a built in schedule, so we recommend the following tips: 1) Check that the ice bin is pushed all the way in place. 2) Try to reset the ice maker by unplugging the unit for 3-4 hours. If these tips don't help, we suggest you contact Opal Support by calling 866-907-6718, M-F 8-8 EST.
