• Call technical support it’s probably broken. These machines have a life of about 12 to 16 months

• This happened to us. You have to go to the GE Opal support page and file claim - to which they will probably ignore you and make it so frustrating you want to stop. I am still trying to get mine fixed or replaced after a month!!! you can try this email address: [email protected]
