Hi Bodine- Thanks for reaching out to us. We are happy to help. To change the temperature, press and release the Freezer or Fridge pad. The display will show the set temperature. To change the temperature, press either the Freezer or Fridge pad until the desired temperature is displayed. The temperature adjustment only goes one direction. When you keep pressing the Fridge or Freezer pad, the temperature setting will go up until it reaches the maximum limit and then starts over at the lowest limit. The ranges for the Fresh food section on most models is 34°F to 42°F; the range for the Freezer section is -6°F to 5°F. Factory settings are 37F Refrigerator and 0F Freezer.
