We have had same issue. Our solution was to pull ice as it made it so we could keep a bag in the freezer. Not ideal but couldn't figure out how to increase production.

The ice maker will produce seven cubes per cycle, approximately 100–130 cubes in a 24-hour period, depending on freezer compartment temperature, number of door openings and other use conditions. Be sure nothing interferes with the sweep of the feeler arm. When the bin fills to the level of the feeler arm, it will stop producing ice. On most models, the range for the Freezer section is -6°F to 5°F.
