After only 8 months the heat pump dryer had to be replaced from repeated falt codes & we had to soak up water & remove wet lint from the microban circle

Because your Combo dries clothes at a consistent temperature in a sealed drum, they may not feel as dry or as warm on first touch. Just take them out and they will feel dry in a few seconds. If your clothes are more than damp, please make sure your software is up to date using the SmartHQ app, and follow the suggestions in the section titled: "Clothes too wet" on pg. 27 of the Owner's Manual. Most likely due to residual water left over in the p-trap of the hose that runs from the dispenser into the gasket. The hose enters the blue gasket (Microban ring) at about the 11 o’clock position when standing in front of the unit. Sometimes, opening the door quickly or bumping that part of the gasket causes this water to drip down into the gasket. This is normal. There can be minimal water in the gasket but it does not get the clothes wet. Having the most up to date software can help reduce these occurrences.
