Yes, the Ultrafast combo will still work without being connected to WIFI however, it is highly recommended that its connected so that you can take advantage of the most recent updates that will help to improve performance on the unit. • Its best to use it with wifi for app control but it will work without it, the wifi feature just gives u extra access to it but is just an add on. And its totally worth it we live it!
