For help with how to properly clean the Combo, please follow the instructions in the "Care and Cleaning" section on pages 19-21 of the Owner's Manual. When using the Sanitize w/ Oxi Cycle, the Oxi powder should be placed directly in the drum before clothes are loaded. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
