“I really want this washer, but I would hate to throw away a perfectly good washer. Can I link the GE all in one with my top load washer with the water hoses to maybe start a second load of clothes? Then I can transfer from the top load to the GE combo.”

Hello. With the space saved by having the washer and dryer in one unit, installing our Combo alongside another machine may be a good option! Two of our Combos can be installed side by side, using two Y-adapters. We have not tested the Combo installed alongside another model, so we would just recommend reviewing the installation instructions to be sure the requirements are met; those instructions are available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. While the Combo doesn’t have an option to link up with another washer over WiFi, you can pause the cycle and/or set up a Wash Complete notification to add items before the dry cycle. As long as you don’t overload the unit with too many items, there shouldn’t be an issue with that.
