Considering this uses heat pump technology, does it need a drain installed for condensation? Or does that go out with the used washer water? null

The heat pump condenser warms the air, then circulates it through the drum at a high rate by the fan. After passing through a double-sided lint filter, the heat pump evaporator then removes moisture from the air and sends it down the drain. We hope this helps and we hope you choose one for your home. There is just one drain hose. It all goes out with the bath water!  There is a 'lint' screen that has to be cleaned on a semi-regular basis.  Hope this helps.

The condensation is expelled through the normal drain hose.
