“Does the door have a reversible hinge so I can choose which way the door opens based on the location of the unit?”

Unfortunately this model does not have a reversible door, to my knowledge only Electrolux brand front loaders still have that capability. Best Buy does have the ability to order them, but they aren't sold online. Stores can place orders for certain models.

Hi Sara- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for viewing! Front-load washers have the hinge on the left side of the door and open to the left only. They do not have reversible doors because of the electronics involved with the door lock mechanism. The door swing is reversible on matching GE® 8.3 CU. FT.
