Dear Valued Customer - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and we are happy to help you. You can use this dishwasher at the kitchen sink by using the unicouple. The unicouple connects to the faucet to provide the incoming water and is designed so that it will securely drain the water as well. However, the unicouple is designed to be used in front of the kitchen sink. If you do not use the unicouple, then you would install the dishwasher using the installation instructions for a regular stationary washer. You would have to secure the incoming water hoses and drain hose every time you wanted to use the washer. We hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
