“I bought this dishwasher and to wash the top and bottom racks it seems like the cycle takes 3 hours. I think that is insanely long. Do I have it on a wrong setting?”

You can select the energy mode, it washes the dishes just as good with less time and water usage.

Depending on the cycle you have selected, the cycle times can vary greatly. A heavy wash with extra settings such as dry or sanitize could get close to 3 hour run time. A normal setting with no extra options will average around 90 minutes. For shorter wash times, select a 1 hour wash cycle or run the unit 1 zone at a time as needed. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
