A:AnswerHi, I received my pedestal after the installation of my dryer. I was told by the installer that someone will have to come back to install as the base has to be screwed into the dryer. I still need to call them. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerThe geek squad installed ours. From watching what they went through, unless you have a strong frying help lay over the washer/ dryer , and then stand them back up. I would let the do it.
