Difficult to say. While it doesn't say download required like Halo: Campaign Evolved does, an Xbox Series X disc is only 50GB, meaning this would more than likely have to include two discs if Microsoft were to release a truly physical version. I imagine the current boxart image is a placeholder that'll be updated to say "Download required" the closer we get to launch. That said, I hope we get a truly physical version. So tired of worthless physical versions.

If you want the premium edition benefits then you have to buy that on the Xbox/microsoft store for an additional 30$. However, you can always pre order everything digital if you like. Just make sure to choose the physical option if you want the disc
