It took them three weeks to return my money and I realized later that it wasn’t in my original form of payment ( to my credit card). I received a Best Buy gift card in the mail. I was upset to say the least as chat customer service said it would be returned to my card

If you're referring to a different product that has one of our Accidental Geek Squad Protection plans, that wouldn't be able to cover damage to a TV as it's a separate product. I hope this helps.
