I believe that there is a kill switch in their products. I have had the same problem with every thing I have bought computer related.

Is this an external monitor? If so, check your driver levels as it is likely they need to be updated - I have an old monitor and needed to update my drivers recently.

If that doesn’t work, head on over to www.geeksquad.com/schedule to set up a reservation to bring it in to your local Geek Squad to get it looked at.
