What was refurbished on this iwatch? null

It didn't specify what exactly was refurbished. All that was stated was that the watch was tested and certified by Best Buy. there is a 90 day warranty with best buy. I've had the watch now for a little over a month. I haven't had any issues. It works perfectly.
