Would this watch work with my Sprint iPhone 8? null

It works out of the box with any Version 6 or later iphone. If by “work” you mean, does it get cellular reception out of the box, the answer is no. To have the watch accept cellular connections, you have to active the embedded LTE SIM card built into the phone. For that, you have to contact your carrier, pay an activation fee, add a monthly charge of $10. You don’t get a new line. You get the ability to share your cellular signal.
