QuestionJust received this unit 30 minutes ago, gift for a granddaughter. There NOTHING in the carton besides the laptop/computer. No manual, no power cord, nothing else at all. I don't even see a port IF there was a power cord. How do you charge it? A manual?

- Answer It has a 3.5mm headphone jack at the back right corner of the bottom section for use with most standard wired headphones. An external display can be used via one of the USB-C ports. Those are located on the left side of the bottom section.

- Answer Mine had no dents or issues at all!! No scratches or anything on the screen either! I looked at battery life/condition and it was 100%, so it had been replaced!! Hope this helps
