What was wrong with the laptop? null

Absolutely nothing from what we can/ have been able to tell. My wife has been using it for work and has no issues with it. A few superficial scratching on top cover, but she is giving them with vinyl stickers. Seems to me it was just returned and refurbished for resale. Win for my wife!

Honestly, I didn't find anything wrong with the laptop. Yes, it didn't come in original packing but what am I gonna do with that?
