I thought the same, but no. You get a perfectly new MacBook. Mine had 19 battery cycles, 98% battery health, and only a few very minor cosmetic stretches on the bottom of my MacBook. You won't be disappointed!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think there is a problem with it I personally believe this was something special for a big sale for example Black Friday and it only appears once a year but Best Buy's refurbished products are good quality for the price you get them at.
