Hello, and thank you for taking the time to ask your question. Once cut, the light strip itself should not have much trouble fitting in a PC case, however it will not be controllable by the motherboard. You would need to use a voice assistant such as Alexa or Google Home or our Cync app to control the lights. - Cync Support
