It needs at least 4GB of system memory which is exactly what this computer has. That's a bare minimum for the game. If your game is on a disc, this laptop doesn't have one. You'd need an external. Best Buy lists this as entry level for gaming. I suspect Sims 4 may not run or would be very slow.
