They don't have a phone number at all. You are genuinely stuck with that email and those people. I am praying Best Buy intervenes as my laptop never worked, but if not, small claims court is where I am being told to go. If you're way past that, I am seeing parts begin to pop up on ebay. Also, I am hearing You Break/We Fix may be a solution. Did you get yours new? Did it come with any kind of styrofoam or a seal? Geo is such a pitiful excuse for a company, and Best Buy should have taken all these back, no questions asked. $70 for a screen??? I can't even get my computer looked at.
