can you upgrade to windows 11 null

I just got this laptop. I ran Microsoft PC health check and I am unable to upgrade to Win 11 because the CPU does not meet Microsoft requirements. I feel I have been lied to by Geo "support" There are several posts by "support" that specifically state this laptop is upgradeable to win 11.

The GeoBook 120 Blue meets the requirements to upgrade to Windows 11. I hope this helps!
