Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It took one month for me to receive my code. I just got an email 3 days ago entitled, "Apple Fitness+ is Here," which included instructions for updating my phone and my new watch. I suggest updating the watch first and THEN the phone. Initially, when I checked for updates on my phone it said that the phone was all up to date. Then I updated the watchOS - the Fitness+ icon was still not showing up on the phone so I went back in and checked for updates a second time. This time, it showed that an update was available on the iOS. Once this was all done, it worked out just great! :)
