Yeah you can only redeem so many times then Apple hates on you and wont let you redeem anymore.

Won’t extend if u already had a free trial. That’s an Apple thing.

Call apple I had the same problem once you put it and check your subscriptions that’s when it extends.

Contact Apple, they’ll acknowledge it regardless ir you’ve had it before or whatever, they’ll activate it for you again!

I would recommend reaching out to apple since their system is the one who issues the codes to BB.

Mines extended it from 3 mos to 3 additional mos for a total of 6 mos. When you click the link and enter the code it should extend it once the code is entered.
