    I wasn't sure about using Apple Fitness+. After doing some research and realizing that it offered many fitness levels from novice to expert and different ways to workout, I tried and I'm enjoying it. If I'm feeling stressed, working from home, I don't need to go for a run/walk. I can find a 5 minute Mindful Cooldown and relax.

    I bought the Apple Watch series 6. I got the navy blue color this time. I love the update on the watch. I can do the ECG anytime my watch is with me. I also like the hand washing timer. I always have my watch with me especially on my walk. My watch can track my sleep pattern. I am a fan!

    Apple has new features 2021 / 2022 Pilates, Core, HIIT Keeps you challenged new classes every week over 12 categories. I really like Rowing Pilates Strength Cooldowns etc. Give it a Go. PRO Tip buy full year save 4 months of the year price great deal

    So far so good. This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. I have the Samsung Watch 3 and it is so much slower than the Apple watch 7. The watch screen is night and day from previous versions.

    This says I get 6 months free, but Apple shows I have to start paying in 3 months. Other than that I highly recommend Apple fitness+. The only thing I would change is to make it be able to cast to any monitor.

    I have yet to try apple fitness. Still enjoy my peloton subscription. However, free membership for 6 mos is amazing.
