it really keep track of my heart rate and it showed me how many steps I actually take a day so I like it as far as it goes. It’s really important that I keep track of my blood pressure, so I really like the idea of the six month trial.

I mean it's a free service that was included with our purchase, so can't really take issue with it too much. But it's not some mind-blowing new way to work out. My wife used it a few times on our Apple TV. It's an okay workout accompaniment. Unless you're really into working out I don't know that I would recommend it to someone.

Works great for when i’m out for a run or just exercising and working out in general. All calculations are precise and am able to keep up with all my steps and exercises i do on a daily basis. Highly recommend!
