• A:Answer First, make sure your card is a 4070 or greater (won't work with anything below that, despite Best Buy for some some reason still using that as a selling point). Then, try to restart your GeForce Experience and, if it still doesn't work after a few minutes it's been restarted, contact Nvidia support.
