First, make sure your card is a 4070 or greater (won't work with anything below that, despite Best Buy for some some reason still using that as a selling point). Then, try to restart your GeForce Experience and, if it still doesn't work after a few minutes it's been restarted, contact Nvidia support.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LucasR's answer might be the reason. I bought a laptop with a 4060 and I couldnt redeem the code and got the same error. NVIDIA support said it must be a 4070 or greater. Way to go Best Buy...sigh
