Hi Mark, if you have hearing loss in both ears, it would be better to wear two hearing hearing aids at the same time. Wearing two hearing aids instead of one has been proven to result in a better listening experience, easier sound localization, better perception and understanding of speech in background noise, less listening effort and fatigue, and a reduced need for volume.
