• So basically the Chromecast has to find your tv or connection and it needs to be connected to the Wifi, so you need to install the Chromecast to your phone and then add the Wifi to it so that it can read off your Wifi to connect to the apps such as Pandora, Hulu etc. Therefore you must alreadty have Wifi and be in the range so that it can pick up.

• In order to get Wifi you need to have your cable provider come to your house and install the internet.
