TWC = The Weather Channel I assume? If you have TWC on your phone, tablet or PC and installed the App on the tablet/phone or the Chromecast program on the PC.

You would have to use the Experiment Full Screen cast from Chrome. However, this is very laggy and doesn't always work. In short, I would say No.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not directly, you will have to stream TWC to your computer/device and then share your Chrome tab or screen. It can be hard on your phone (mine got pretty hot), but it works, if your WiFi connection is strong enough.

Please try again later.No, there is currently no Time Warner Cable app that supports Chromecast, but individual channels like Showtime, MTV, HBO, ESPN, Comedy Central, Food Network, FOX, and tons more all have apps that'll support chromecast and all you'll need is your time warner account to access them (as long as you pay for those channels)
