• Yes! This basically turns any TV into a smart tv...so if your smart tv is being stupid, this is an excellent workaround!

• Yes, it will be full screen. You just need an open HDMI port.

• Yes, you can cast your videos and image to the tv full screen. But if you have a smart tv you should be aloud to.
