• This is not a tv tuner. You use cast apps via your mobile device, so you can play any YouTube video, Chrome browser, Netflix movie and other third apps. The Chromecast is connected to a LCD via HDMI and plugged in the AC outlet.

• You get whatever your phone or computer gets. It just links it to the television.

• Not without a digital OTA antenna and a transcoder. Look into SiliconDust's HDHomeRun with Mohu Leaf.

• Only if you have an app on your phone to stream local affiliates. Pick up a Mohu Leaf antenna. That will pick up your locals.
