Most likely your network name changed since you changed your router/wireless setup. I would suggest that you reset the Chromecast (hold down the button on the Chromecast for 25 seconds until the light starts flashing) and then open the Google Home app and re-set it up. You won't really lose anything when you do this... you'll just be able to stream to your Chromecast again. If doing this doesn't work (or you've already tried it), then it's possible your new mesh router setup isn't broadcasting 2.4Ghz (or it is hidden) which is the only band the first generation of Chromecast can use.
